Great blog, was wondering where you went. Just saw a great band ‘Electric Stares’, I don’t know anything about them but they killed. Lot’s of energy, lots of fun. Know anything about them? I caught them at a random bar call the Good Hurt, don’t know why I was there but they made the night.

I knew something was up. For a while now, LR’s site hasn’t been updated. The only posts come from Austin. The feed regularly is down, none of the live shows that were developed by LR are on-air anymore, including Bronson’s show.

It seemed like Conway was initially enthusiastic about capturing the burgeoning loft-dwelling crowd in DTLA, but that quickly dissipated by the time Summer Camp rolled around.

I have always enjoyed LR’s unique playlists and enjoyed interacting with some of the hosts over the years, but it’s clear Conway has probably reached the conclusion of his relationship with renegade internet radio. Back to KCRW.
