Tuesday’s Los Angeles concerts:

► With the new album “Alone in Universe” just out, Jeff Lynne’s ELO visits the Fonda Theatre.
► Long Beach’s Vince Staples does a sold-out show at the El Rey Theatre behind his debut album “Summertime ’06,” joined by Loaf Muzik and Martin $ky.
Nik Freitas and Two Sheds team up for a show at the Bootleg Theater, joined by Nav/attack.
Matthew Logan Vasquez (of Delta Spirit) continues his residency at Lot 613 downtown.
The Dirty Knobs — that’s Tom Petty & the Heratbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell and along with Jason Sinay, Matt Laug and Lance Morrison — play the Echoplex. Marc Ford opens.
Everclear bring their 20th anniversary “Sparkle and Fade” tour to the Viper Room.
► Brooklyn-based indie-rocker Allison Weiss headlines the Echo, supported by Mal Blum, Winter and Kid in the Attic.
► And it’s a post-punk kind of night at the Complex in Glendale, with Sextile heading up a lineup that includes Dignitary, the Electric West and NAPS.
