Kimi Recor, whose talents have been on display in the likes of Black Flamingo, Tete, Bleach Egg and Bavaria the past few years, has been inching toward releasing her debut full-length album, “The Eternal Lonesome,” under her solo moniker Draemings. Her forays into mystic pop have run from brooding dream-pop to shoegaze to dark disco — which is where her new single “Like a Ghost” bumps comfortably. It’s the third single she’s released this year, following “Teen Dream Death Machine” and “Battle Mountain.” The strobe-specked video for the song stars the songstress in double- and triple-vision, which is enough to tide us over until the full-length, which will feature contributions Jeff Friedl and Matt McJunkins of A Perfect Circle and will come out via Sumerian Records.
