Waxahatchee plays the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
► Mauritanian singer Noura Mint Seymali [see our interview] play Royce Hall. (Tal National were forced to cancel because of travel problems.)
► Roots-country outfit the Mavericks visit the Fonda Theatre in support of their 2015 release “Mono.”
► Singer-songwriter Ron Pope headlines the Teragram Ballroom behind his latest full-band effort, “Ron Pope & the Nighthawks.”
Heron Oblivion‘s self-titled album just came out Friday on Sub Pop, and they visit Resident tonight, joined by Morgan Delt and Itasca.
Magic Bronson headlines the Lyric Theatre, supported Decorator (Originally scheduled Delta Riggs have been forced to cancel their appearance.)
► And Globelamp — who play a free show at Space 15 Twenty in Hollywood with La Sera from 2-4 p.m. — visits the Hi Hat for an evening gig, joined by Current Joys, Deep Fields and Super Lunch.
