Make Music Pasadena 2016: Atlas Genius, Bear Hands, the Mowgli’s and more

L.A.-based Australians Atlas Genius, Brooklyn’s Bear Hands and L.A. indie-poppers the Mowgli’s have been announced as bill-toppers at this year’s Make Music Pasadena on Saturday, June 11.

The free, all-ages festival that annually takes over the Rose City runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and features more than 150 performances. The event, in its ninth year, attracts crowds of up to 50,000 to Pasadena for the day.

Other notables on the bill include James Supercave, PAPA, Hunny, the Dead Ships, Elohim, Clara-Nova, Small Black, Pr0files, Phantoms and more. Beyond rock and pop, the festival showcases music from almost every genre.

The not-for-profit event is financed in part via donations.
