Los Angeles concerts for Monday:

Duran Duran, whose big summer tour brings them to Irvine Meados Amphitheatre in July, does a cozy date at the Belasco Theatre behind their latest album “Paper Gods.”
Tegan and Sara plays the first of two sold-out shows this week, visiting at the Roxy Theatre in advance of the June release of their new album “Love You to Death.”
► With their sophomore album “The Ride” on the way May 27, Catfish & the Bottlemen play at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
► Long-running instrumental rockers Tortoise headine the Teragram Ballroom.
► It’s a second sold-out night for LANY and Odessa at the Troubadour.
The Soft White Sixties kick off their free Monday residency at the Satellite, joined by Kolars, Sexy Jesus and Ellipses.
Gavin Turek begins her residency at the Bootleg Theater, supported by Res, Alina Bea and Val Fleury.
Kim & the Created celebrate the release of their “Get What I Want” 7-inch by rocking the Echoplex, where they’re joined by Le Butcherettes.
► With his new EP “LA 14” just out, Rod Melancon kicks off a Monday residency at the Silverlake Lounge, supported by Geronimo Getty, Greg Felden and Jeremiah & the Red Eyes.
Act As If, the Gromble and Denny White play the free Monday series at Harvard & Stone.
Baby Alpaca heads up the lineup at It’s a School Night at Bardot. Cannons, Beau and People vs. Larsen round out the night.
► And Vs Colour launches at free residency at the Hi Hat, supported by Wet & Reckless and Facial.
