► Italian metal outfit Lacuna Coil visit the Roxy Theatre behind their latest album “Delirium,” their eighth.
► Following their sold-out show Saturday in L.A., Violent Femmes move to the Observatory for a show in support of their new album “We Can Do Anything.”
The Melvins and Napalm Death, with Melt Banana supporting, do the second of a three-night stand at the Troubadour.
► Austin (via L.A.) duo Fairbanks and the Lonesome Light play Grand Ole Echo at the Echo, joined by Ivory DeVille and Mount Baine.
► And two L.A. bands with new albums recently out, Magic Wands (“Jupiter”) and Drinking Flowers (‘New Swirled Order”), play the Glass House.
