► Island Life, hosted by Pete Wentz, goes off at the Fonda Theatre, with Mike Posner, the Karma Killers, That Poppy and Tyler Glenn performing a a show rescheduled from April 12.
► U.K. singer Dua Lipa, the new pop daring of the moment, heads up the lineup at It’s a School Night at Bardot. Annabel Jones, Cosmos & Creature and Maala join the fun.
► French songstress Lou Doillon visits the Roxy Theatre behind her second album “Lay Low,” with Draemings supporting.
Beware of Darkness, back with their first new music since their 2013 full-length, headlines Resident. Get there early for Audiomammal and Flames of Durga.
► May’s residencies rage on.
