The Melvins

Los Angeles concerts for Tuesday:

The Melvins, OFF! and Redd Kross gang up for a show at the Observatory (the latter band performing 1984’s “Teen Babes From Monsanto.”) According to our careful calculations, this means bassist Steven McDonald, 49, who this year joined the headliners as a touring member, will be doing triple duty for the evening.
Facial close out their residency at the Hi Hat, joined by Deaf/Mute and WRMS.
► And Santoros celebrate the cassette release of their third album “El Perdedor” with a show at the Echo, joined by Cutty Flam and Solar Sons.
