The world might be going to hell, but for “you kids,” as wizened 31-year-old Lana Del Rey sings, “it’s enough to be young and in love.” Yes, the new single “Love” is the loveliest of lectures from the reigning queen of pop mopery, and the first taste of her fifth album, the follow-up to 2015’s “Honeymoon.” The album, coming later this year and advertised as featuring “some exciting guest artists.” was made with longtime producer Rick Nowels, with Benny Blanco and Emile Haynie contributing on the single. “I made my first four albums for me,” she says in the announcement, “but this one is for my fans and about where I hope we are all headed.” In Rich Lee’s video for “Love,” the torch singer is headed to outer space.
