During her electric show Thursday night at the Novo, Danish singer kept shouting “Los Angeles!” The packed venue knew that. What fans might not have known were the handful of new songs performed by the 28-year-old, born Karen Marie Asgaard Ørsted. With her highly anticipated sophomore album nearing the finish line, MØ did seven songs off 2014’s “No Mythologies to Follow,” her 2016 singles “Drum” and “Final Song,” some new material and a handful of songs on which she collaborated, including “One More” (Elliphant), “Don’t Leave” (Snakehips) and “Lean On” (Major Lazer). She performed only one verse of the Major Lazer collab “Cold Water” — absent was the song’s other vocalist, Justin Bieber — but the crowd happily sang along anyway. MØ ended the show with a bout of crowd-surfing during “Lean On.”

Brooklyn-based Tei Shi, whose new album “Crawl Space” is out March 31, opened the show with a high-energy set.

MØ setlist: Don’t Wanna Dance, Waste of Time, Slow Love, Kamikaze, Riot Gal, All I Do, One More (Elliphant), Dust is Gone, Maiden, Pilgrim, Drum, Cold Water (Major Lazer), True Romance, Glass, Final Song. Encore: Done Leave (Snakehips), Lean On (Major Lazer)
