Los Angeles concerts for Monday:

► L.A. trio Magic Giant celebrates the release of their new album “In the Wind” at It’s a School Night at Bardot. Pop Noir, Azul and Glades round out the bill.
► Canadian country-rockers the Strumbellas headline the Fonda Theatre, with Reuben & the Dark supporting.
Kikagaku Moyo, the Tokyo-based quintet that fuses ’70s psych-rock, Indian music and folk, plays the Echoplex behind their new EP, Stone Garden, with  Sugar Candy Mountain and Levitation Room supporting.
Calvin Love continues his residency at the Bootleg Theater, joined by Los Angeles Police Department and Nani.
► One week away from their album release, Barrows continue their residency at the Echo. Also on board: Mothdrops, Psychic Jiu-jitsu and Dream Phases.
► And the Diamond Light continue their residency at the Satellite, along with Ivory DeVille, the Violet Mindfield and Children.
