John Mayer does the first of two Southern California dates this week in support of his new album, “The Search for Everything,” this one at the Honda Center
Foster the People, whose new album “Sacred Hearts Club” came out Friday, play a free show at Club Bahia.
► With her new album (and first in 14 years) “Hopeless Romantic” just out in April, Michelle Branch headlines the El Rey Theatre. Haerts open.
► Southern rockers Blackberry Smoke visit the Fonda Theatre in support of their latest album “Like an Arrow,” with the Cadillac Three supporting.
► Local indie-rockers StaG play their farewell show — or at least their “last show in a while,” they say — at the Satellite, with Brothertiger and Deep Breaths opening.
The Great Sadness headline the Hi Hat in support of their new album “Weep,” with Butch Bastard, Worms and the Pinks opening.
► Chicago’s Post Animal and L.A.’s Levitation Room team up for a night at the Bootleg Theater, with Femny kicking things off.
► And Daisy visits Resident, with Teo Halm and the Roswell Universe supporting.
