Washed Out played its first Los Angeles show in 3 1/2 years on Tuesday night, and the purveyors of chillwave got a warm welcome from the well-lubricated crowd at the Wiltern. With Ernest Greene putting his trio through the paces, the band played about half the songs off their new album, “Mister Mellow,” with the crowd erupting in cheers as the colorful visuals changed on the screen behind the band. Joshua Tree-based duo Dega opened the night.
