Tarfest announces set times for Saturday’s 15th annual festival

Set times have been announced for Saturday’s 15th annual Tarfest, which brings headliner La Bouquet, along with Brainstory, Alina Bea, the Sovereign Artist and Love Ghost, to the La Brea Tar Pits Park on the Miracle Mile adjacent to LACMA.

The free, all-ages event, which kicks off at 2 p.m., will also feature tag-team DJ sets from the L.A. rock band Hunny and the crew from Super Soul Sundays, finishing with a post-headliner dance party. In addition, the park will be alive with performances from the dance collective Justice, interactive children’s activities, workshop and live painting by Los Angeles artists Johnny “KMNDZ” Rodriguez, Ekundayo and Melany Dierks. For sustenance, the festival will have food tucks and a beer/wine garden.
