L.A. noise-rock heroes No Age have unveiled the second song from their forthcoming fifth album, “Snares Like a Haircut,” due Jan. 26 via Drag City. If you didn’t catch on with the last month’s release of “Soft Collar Fad,” the duo of Randy Randall and Dean Spunt are operating in the gear of relentless, as if sprinting after something they’ll never catch up to.
