► Joyce Manor does two shows at Union Station — one at 2 p.m. (doors) and one at 7 p.m.) Surf Curse and Peach Kelli Pop open the matinee; French Vanilla and Surf Curse open the evening show.
► Saint Motel bring their “Late Night With Saint Motel” show to the Wiltern, joined by KOLARS and DJ Douggpound.
► Mild High Club headlines a sold-out show at the Teragram Ballroom, joined by Jerry Paper.
► Wolf Parade does a second night at the Fonda Theatre with Charly Bliss.
► Dream-pop duo Azure Ray (whose self-titled debut was released 17 years ago this week) reunite for a show at the Lodge Room. The Elected and Whispertown open.
► Valley Queen rock the Troubadour, supported by Jenny O and Allie Crow Buckley.
► The Shrine bring their hard, scuzzy rock to the Bootleg Theater, joined by the Mean Jeans, Dirty Fences and the Flytraps.
► And the Red Pears celebrate their album release with a sold-out show at the Echo, joined by Junkie, Jurassic Shark and Beach Bums.
