“Tea” is the B-side of a new 7-inch from fiery foursome Frankie and the Witch Fingers, materializing May 18 in lavender vinyl in a limited-run of 300 copies via Indiana-based Let’s Pretend Records. “Tea” opens ferociously. Not sure what kind of demonic oolong they’re sipping, but if the analog Astral Violet-directed video is any indication, it’s a psychedelic drink that might cause bodies to thrash themselves voluntarily against the walls and engage in general rock and roll fueled debauchery. The band’s third full-length, “Brain Telephone,” is out now on Permanent Records.
