A U.K.-oriented club night called This Feeling – which has proven successful in London – dips its toes into Los Angeles waters tonight, kicking off at the Silverlake Lounge with a program hosted and headlined by KAV [pictured]. The band fronted by former Happy Mondays guitarist Kavin Sandu will be joined by Samuel Stewart, Useless Keys, the Union Line and a host of DJs. … The Serenade Sunset show – the last in a series leading up to next month’s Silverlake Jubilee (May 22-23) – offers up Twilight Sleep, Wet & Reckless and Seasons at El Cid. … At Spaceland, a Manimal Vinyl night has Aquaserge headlining, with Corridor and Sister Crayon among the openers. … And ex-Shudder to Think main main Craig Wedren is back at the Bootleg Theater. … Also: Ginuwine at the Key Club; Cromwell at the Troubadour; Civil Twilight at the Hotel Cafe; Mayaztek at the Echo; and Shpongle at the Roxy.
