A party clown dressed as a human piñata stars in the Jessica Paliza’s video for “Give It Away,” a song off Andrew Bird ’s recent album “Break It Yourself.” The storyline casts the title of a song in a profound light: We watch kids at a birthday party experience a range of emotions as their entertainer offers the ultimate sacrifice. It’s a little creepy, it’s a little funny, but most of all, it’s endearing. Bird preceded this clip with some fun animation on “Eyeoneye.”
