Mexican rock fusion quintet Kinky will kick off the 2013-14 season at the Luckman Fine Arts Complex on Oct. 5, setting the tone for a globe-spanning lineup that includes Sinead O’Connor [pictured], Kenny G, Isabella Rossellini, Carla Bruni and more. Tickets go on sale today at noon.

Rossellini’s performance will be the world premiere of “Green Porno: Live On Stage.” Initially created as a series of short films for the Sundance Channel, Rossellini and co-writer Jean-Claude Carrière have adapted their project for the stage and explore the natural mating rituals of various species from arthropods to pachyderms.

Also on the schedule is composer Karsh Kale, who will present “Classical Science Fiction,” a new work of classical Indian fusion and electronica.
