Benefit set Feb. 13 for Mr. Elevator & the Brain Hotel, the latest victims of gear thieves

mrelevatorflyer A benefit concert featuring Fever the Ghost, Morgan Delt, Drinking Flowers and the Electric Magpie will go off Feb. 13 at the Echoplex in support of psych-rockers Mr. Elevator & the Brain Hotel, who last month became the latest local band victimized by thieves.

While the band was doing tour dates in San Francisco, their vehicle was broken into. Thieves made off with an organ, electric piano, synthesizers, pedals, two basses, amps and assorted other gear.

Mr. Elevator & the Brain Hotel will perform at the benefit as well, using borrowed gear.

Advance tickets are $12.
