Los Angeles concerts for Friday:
► Bush rocks the Palladium, joined by She Wants Revenge and Leopold & His Fiction.
► A scene reunion of sorts: Portland’s The Parson Red Heads — onetime local favorites — visit the Satellite in support of their new album “Blurred Harmony” and they are joined by The World Record (celebrating the vinyl release of their album “Guitars Forever”), the resurgent Henry Clay People and the reunited Le Switch. Buzz Bands LA presents the night.
► New York rocker Steve Gunn headlines the Echo behind his new album “Eyes on the Line,” with Heron Oblivion opening.
► Chicago punk-soul purveyor JC Brooks, touring behind his new album “The Neon Jungle,” brings his band to the free series at Levitt Pavilion MacArthur Park.
► Slow Magic plays a sold-out show at the Troubadour, with Ian Chang opening.
► And Richard Edwards (of Margot & the Nuclear So and So’s) visits the Bootleg Theater in support of his album “Lemon Cotton Candy Sunset,” with COTE and Kristen Reilly supporting.
