Mononymous and multi-disciplinary, Solange brings a weekend of site-specific dance, music and film titled “Bridge-s,” exploring “transitions through time” to the Getty Center Museum on Nov. 16-17.

The free, two-day event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily across the museum, features a new, site-specific modern dance performance and installation by Gerard & Kelly as a part of their “Modern Living” series. The work, directed in collaboration with Solange, includes an original score by the Grammy-winning musician, also titled “Bridge-s” (featuring Cooper-Moore).

Film screenings include a special Saint Heron film premiere of “NAIROBI” by Tribeca Film Festival award winner Phillip Youmans. Also scheduled is an artist talk with British-Ghanaian philosopher Kodwo Eshun.
