■ Osees … Oh Sees … Thee Oh Sees … whatever. What’s in a name? The music from John Dwyer and gang always comes in loud and clear. Especially loud. Now under the name Osees, the band’s new album “Protean Threat” will be out Sept. 18. And they will be performing as part of Levitation Sessions from a desert locale near you at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26.
