Folk-pop trio Trousdale — Quinn D’Andrea, Georgia Greene and Lauren Jones — find blissful harmonies on the road to civil discourse in their new single “What Could I Say.”

It’s the latest from their forthcoming EP, “What Happiness Is,” out Nov. 12, which was introduced back in July with the song “This Is It.” Of the new single, the band says: “We wrote ‘What Could I Say’ about that palpable energy in the room after an argument. In the aftermath of words spoken in anger, there’s a deep sense of regret and desperation to make things go back to the way they were before. It’s a song about wishing you had the words to fix something that feels broken or irreversible.”

“What Could I Say” follows the August release of the Joni Mitchell-inspired “Always Joni.”
