Video: Florence + the Machine, ‘No Light, No Light’

Florence Welch refuses to turn the melodrama down, and if you don’t believe that statement, just watch Florence + the Machine‘s latest music video for “No Light, No Light.” The closest thing to Madonna’s controversial “Like a Prayer” clip for the new millennium (of course, excluding all Lady Gaga-related items), religious and racial content were apparently given the greenlight after treatment. Welch displays Voodoo doll symptoms by way of a mysteriously masked dancer before falling from a skyscraper, only to land in the arms of a boys church choir. Talk about being heavy. Then again, we were warned.
