A second straight weekend of free music in downtown L.A.? Yes, thank you. A week after Bloomfest brought live bands to the streets of the arts district, Saturday’s Downtown Summer Party promises a long day of rock in two cozy clubs – the Down and Out Bar (501 S. Spring) and Coronado’s (212 W. 5th St.). Prima Donna [pictured], the Breakups, the Wallburds, Jared James Nichols and  the Lexingtons are among the 26 bands in the lineup. The music starts at 1:30 p.m. Warm up by checking out Prima Donna’s “Feral Children,” which the glam-punks released as a 7-inch:
