Lolawolf, the band fronted by Zoe Kravitz, brought their moody electro to the Echo on Thursday night. The daughter of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet (Mom was in the house on this night), Zoe Kravitz was joined by James Levy and Jimmy Giannopoulos, of Reputante, for a set of sometimes-sultry, sometimes-biting tunes off Lolawolf’s debut EP, which comes out next week. Reputante, who opened the show, recently released their debut EP “Oceanside” on Julian Casablancas’ Cult Records, and the quartet fashioned a striking set of pop noir. Conway gave the night a dose of brashness with another in her recent line of colorful, rockin’ sets.
