► The Charlatans UK rock the Fonda Theatre behind their new album “Modern Nature,” with Eyelids supporting.
► A tribute concert saluting musician brothers Ikey and Aaron Owens, who died five months apart, brings Hepcat, LBDA, Brandon Eugene Owens & Guests, DJ Nobody and Dennis Owens (Good Foot) to the El Rey Theatre
► Breakfast headlines the Rockin School Benefit (for Micheltorena Elementary) at Los Globos, which features a lineup including Kate Crash & the UFO Club, Avi Buffalo, Frankie Clarke, Roecker/Melody, the Band That Fell To Earth, IT, Sugarcube and more. It kicks off at 6 p.m.
► The Ocean Blue — performing their first two albums (self-titled and “Cerulean”) — play the Echoplex.
