The Dead Ships are like the Little Three-Piece That Could. Capping a week during which it was announced that the band has signed to Nevado Records, the band did a warm-up show Friday night at Acerogami in Pomona for their big dates at Coachella, and sounded ready, with their live lineup now expanded to five. The Soft White Sixties, who are gearing up for their Monday night residency at the Satellite in May, opened the night.
