If there’s room in your life for another boy/girl synth-pop duo — and there must be, judging from obscene numbers the subgenre earns on streaming services — then meet Sibling. They are Bryan Osuszek and Elodie Tomlinson and they are based in Venice Beach, a locale you can here in their single “Westside.” The duo, who have an EP coming this summer, have the formula down: spacious production, an ostensible gang of cherubs singing in the background, Tomlinson achingly embracing “escaping the skyline” and finding a place where the “vibe is right.” That song follows the duo’s 2015 single “Easy,” a weighty, effects-added piano ballad that gives Tomlinson plenty of room to emote.
