► Day 2 of the Music Tastes Good festival brings with the Specials, Iron & Wine, Squeeze, Dr. Dog, Warpaint, Deltron 3030, Melvins, Twins Peaks, METZ and more to in downtown Long Beach.
► The free, all-ages Tarfest kicks off at 3:30 p.m. at the La Brea Tar Pits Park, with live music from Dear Boy, Durand Jones & the Indications, Brit Manor and BRAEVES, along with Dublab DJ sets and much more.
► It’s Sigur Ros at the Hollywood Bowl.
► And seminal U.K. dream-pop band Lush does the first of two nights at the Fonda Theatre, supported by Tamaryn.
