Los Angeles concerts for Monday:
► Sidizen King heads up the lineup at It’s a School Night at Bardot on a bill that also features the Ruby Friedman Orchestra, the Outdoor Type and Baum at Bardot
► L.A. duo Pioneer 11 kicks off a residency at the Echo, joined by Calvin Valentine, Tolliver and Versis.
► Nightmare Air [see “Who’s Your Lover”] launch their residency at the Satellite, with Iress, Slugs and Holy Wars supporting.
► It’s Chastity Belt at the Constellation Room, along with Never Young.
► Experimental rockers Brian Hill & the Noh Starrs kick off a residency at the Bootleg Theater, joined by Drinking Flowers, Okey Dokey and Black Sea at the Bootleg Theater
► William Tyler starts a residency at Zebulon Café, joined on opening night by Julianna Barwick and LFZ.
► There’s a free residency at the Hotel Café too, with pop guy JP Saxe.
► Thunder Gut starts its residency at the Wayfarer, with Tyranis and Spirit Mother supporting.
► And Mexico’s Los Romanticos de Zacatecas visit Resident, joined by Sotomayor, Eeeks and the Altons.
