“Good News” comes in smooth with a finger-snapping swagger that almost melts in the mouth. It sets the party mood, burning slow but hot. This is the latest cut from “Slow All Over,” Blond Ambition’s debut full-length out now via Swoon City. The record finds Brian Harding (ex-Ex Cops) exploring the many facets of vintage and modern dance music. “Good News” oozes with a deconstructed Madonna sensibility. It might feel right to turn down the lights, flip on your personal disco ball, dress up in a shiny shirt and pull some dance moves in the bathroom.
