With their Boy Scout uniforms fitting snugly, new L.A. quartet Turtles on Speed celebrated the release of their “High With You” video with a show Thursday night that was almost as fun as the zany video itself. The band — singer-drummer Dash Hutton, along with Brandon Rauch, Devin Johnson and Brandon Intelligator — played their two singles (“Cemetery of Love” is the other) and a bunch of other rockers they have prepped for release later this year.

East L.A. quartet the Tracks, tight as ever after their November residency at the Echo, closed out the night with songs from their debut full-length, “Treasured Memories.”

Echo Park garage-rockers the Premonitions opened the show.
