[Good things come in threes?]

Neko Case and Anti- Records are giving it away — on two fronts. She is offering “People Got a Lotta Nerve” — the first single from her forthcoming album, “Middle Cyclone” — for free download. And then, for each blog that hosts the download, the artist and her label will donate 5 bucks to the animal welfare group Best Friends Animal Society. The album is out March 3.

And it’ll cost you a name, e-mail address and that always-embarrassing date of birth, but you can get a download of Lily Allen’s new song “The Fear” through Iheartmusic. Allen’s new album, “It’s Not Me, It’s You,” is out Feb. 10.

And the incredible Maria Taylor has her third solo album, “Ladyluck,” coming out April 7. Her heavy-hitter list of cohorts includes: Andy LeMaster, Mike Mogis, Lukas Burton, Michael Stipe, Nate Walcott and Mckenzie Smith. Two tracks from the album (including the following one) were released digitally Tuesday.
