When Sara Lov sings “I had a dream …” in her new single “New York,” you almost do. The song is off her just-released EP, “The Young Eyes,” and this video was directed by Marco Morandi. The L.A. singer-songwriter, building up to the March 17 release of her album, “Seasoned Eyes Were Beaming,” just finished a strong residency at Spaceland and is now offering a song from the album for download. (Buzz Bands had a download of an earlier version of this song last year.) She’s also playing in the Fold’s new series of shows at Home restaurant in Silver Lake on Feb. 20.
