acidic-myspSomebody has deep pockets. The teenage L.A. rock band Acidic won an eBay auction to play a main-stage slot at Sunday’s second day of the Bamboozle Left Festival at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre – with a bid of more than $13,000. The money benefits the One Love for Chi Foundation, the charity that is helping Deftones bassist Chi Cheng with his medical expenses as he recovers from a injuries he sustained in an auto accident in November. The Green Day-channeling Acidic, fronted by 16-year-old Michael Gossard, will play at 2 p.m. Sunday, about 16 hours after their Saturday night gig at the Whisky. Lineup and set times here.
