Brooklyn-based trio Au Revoir Simone have fantastic bangs and a big fan in David Lynch. Erika Forster, Annie Hart and Heather D’Angelo also have a touch for lightly sweetened and deftly layered pop songs, as displayed on their May release, “Still Light, Still Night.” This slickly edited video for the single “Shadows” debuted simultaneously on the David Lynch Foundation’s website and Stereogum. It’s directed by Brendan Colthurst and Vikram Gandhi, and produced by Disposable.
