February, you’re just too short. The month’s Silver Lake/Echo Park residencies end in fine fashion tonight, with strong support all around: Hot Philadelphia quintet Free Energy [pictured], whose album “Stuck on Nothing” (DFA) comes out Tuesday, plays the Echo in support of Useless Keys. … Castledoor brings it on the final night of Princeton’s stand at Spaceland. … As Gamble House winds up its stint at the Silverlake Lounge, Regrets and Brunettes and Fort Wife support. … And United by Sound performs on the final night of Red Arrow Messenger’s residency at the Bootleg Theater. … Also, Jennifer Quiroz celebrates the release of her album “And So I Sing” at the Hotel Cafe. … The New Room plays the Viper Room. … And Railroad to Alaska ends its residency at the Detroit Bar in Costa Mesa.
