Horns blazing, the Walkmen teased the Sept. 14 release of their new album, “Lisbon,” last week by releasing the song “Stranded.” But don’t think the NYC quintet is going all N’awlins on its Fat Possum release. “I guess it sounds more like our last record, ‘You & Me,’ than a lot of the other songs on ‘Lisbon,'” singer Hamilton Leithauser said in the U.K. press release. The album, their fifth of original material, was inspired by trips to Portugal, though. They have plenty of road trips ahead.
