It’s the final night of this month’s Buzz Bands-curated Also I Like to Rock series at the Hammer Museum – Voxhaul Broadcast headlines this installment, supported by Chasing Kings, with a special acoustic performance from Ferraby Lionheart and DJ sets from KCRW’s Chuck P. Doors at 7. The first three weeks have been enormous fun.

Top 3 shows I might hit if I weren’t at the Hammer:

‣ Maps & Atlases (supported by Cults) play the Bootleg Theater. There’s a lot to recommend about M&A’s Barsuk debut “Perch Patchwork” – and here’s a taste. Download: “Solid Ground.”
‣ Sara Radle (supported by City City, among others) plays Spaceland.
‣ And downtown in Pershing Square, Teen Inc. and Peanut Butter Wolf give a free show.
