Top 6 places to be in you’re into supporting your neighborhood bands:

The Parson Red Heads, the psych-pop band who moved from Oregon to L.A. band five years ago, are moving back to Oregon next month. They headline Spaceland tonight, with Le Switch and the World Record supporting, and it’s only $2 if you wear white (which, traditionally, the band does). [Background.]
‣ The music lineup for Lobsterfest at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro is the event’s best ever. (Watch this blog later this morning for set times.) Among the 18 bands playing: Saint Motel tonight; Gram Rabbit, Fitz & the Tantrums and Dengue Fever on Saturday; and John Doe & Exene Cervenka on Sunday.
‣ Breakout indie-poppers Local Natives do shows tonight and Saturday at the Music Box.
‣ Art-rockers Autolux, behind their sophomore album, “Transit Transit,” play the Glass House tonight and the El Rey on Saturday.
‣ Disco-funk quartet Casxio celebrates the release of its debut “Friends vs. Lovers” on Saturday at Spaceland. [Background.]
And Ozomatli (with guests Cut Chemist and Cheech Marin) and Calexico play the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday as part of KCRW’s ¡Viva Mexico! program.
