Buzz Bands LA returned to the Internet “airwaves” Friday on MoheakRadio. One of the tunes I played was from L.A. trio Mini Mansions, the side project of Queens of the Stone Age keyboardist Michael Shuman, so I’ll take this opportunity to share the recent video they did for the song “Wunderbars.” It’s off today their self-titled debut album, a woozy but engaging excursion into the sometimes strange tunnels of psych-pop. (Daytrotter recently posted Mini Mansions’ session too.)
Next show: Dec. 10, 3 p.m. After the jump, the full playlist for Friday’s show:Buzz Bands LA playlist, Dec. 3, 2010 on MoheakRadio
