Something for everybody on a Sunday:

Soft Pipes, the new project from Low Vs Diamond guitarist Anthony Polcino (whose music we debuted last October), make their live debut at a free show at the Satellite, joined by songwriter Christopher Pappas’ Miracle Parade. (The photo was taken just prior to Miracle Parade’s set at the Buzz Bands LA SXSW showcase, when Polcino warmed up with a Soft Pipes song.)
Maxim Ludwig and Sarah Gayle Meech kicks off another season of Grand Ole Echo – the weekly Americana- and country-leaning gathering at the Echo. (No cover.)
Talib Kweli, who spent part of last year touring with Hi-Tek to promote their collaboration “Revolutions Per Minute,” hits Club Nokia behind his own release (his fourth solo ablum), “Gutter Rainbows.”
‣ And raucous New Zealand three-piece Die! Die! Die! will rock the Part Time Punks show at the Echo.
