British Sea Power’s “Valhalla Dancehall” is one of our favorite records of the young year, and the Brighton, U.K., sextet brings its quirky spendor and roaring anthems [see “Who’s in Control”] to the Troubadour tonight. Above, their video for “Living Is So Easy.”
‣ The monthly Rumble show convenes at the Echoplex, with Vanaprasta headlining and Stone Darling and Polls supporting.
Rusty Anderson, who plays guitar for a guy named McCartney, headlines the Satellite behind his lateswt solo album “Born on Earth.”  Loch and Key and Billy Harvey support.
