Sunday afternoon at Coachella was cloudless and blistering, but in the wide-open spaces around the main stage and the Outdoor Theatre you could get quite a bit of musical variety to splash on with your sunscreen. Photographer Jim Donnelly hoofed it in the heat to catch the romantic pop of Jack’s Mannequin (top photo and top row), the folk tunes of City and Colour (second row), the reggae-infused hip-hop of Nas & Damian Marley (third row) and the much-anticipated reunion set of Death From Above 1979.
