Gayngs (pictured), who just closed out this year’s First Fridays series at the Natural History Museum, have been added to the Sunday lineup for Sunset Junction. A sneak preview of the set times for the Bates and Edgecliffe rock stages Aug. 27-28 reveals some pretty impressive groupings: Helmet, Melvins and Butthole Surfers closing out the Bates Stage on Saturday; Art Brut headlining in the Edgecliffe Stage on Saturday after Tapes n’ Tapes; Dum Dum Girls, Gayngs and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah at Bates on Sunday; and Hanson closing out the Edgecliffe Stage on Sunday (after a band still TBA).

Charles Bradley, Butch Walker, the Rescues, Cary Brothers, Ladies of Motown and the Three Degrees are some of the artists who’ve already been announced for the other stages. No further info yet on them.
