Things you can do after your poolside parties:
‣ The follow-up to Gangi’s very good debut “A” has been a long time coming, but Matt Gangi and collaborator Eric Charamosta have some new (unmastered) songs up on Bandcamp, and they play tonight at Part Time Punks at the Echo along with Swahili Blonde and Maus Haus.
‣ Pedro the Lion’s David Bazan visits the Troubadour behind his new album “Strange Negotiations.”
‣ And Telegram (pictured) kicks off a Sunday night residency at 3 Clubs, joined by Northern Sky and others.
Also:
Joe Satriani at the House of Blues
The Health Club, Kill Kill Kill and Judson at the Satellite
Matt Ellis, the Singers & Players Society, I See Hawks in L.A. and the Coals at Grand Ole Echo at the Echo
The School of Rock AllStars at the Echo
The Stylistics and more at the ’70s Soul Jam Spectacular at the Greek Theatre
Wires in the Walls, Black Crystal Wolf Kids at Molly Malone’s
Battle Tapes at the Viper Room
Brentalfloss at the Bootleg
The Michael Yoder Band at the Mint
Intronaut at the Key Club

Awesome! If you end up at 3 Clubs to see Telegram, come say hi – I’ll be there. 🙂
